Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Fidèles mon mari et moi-même de votre enseigne depuis de très nombreuses années, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir retrouvé SORAYA qui nous accueillait sur 38240 MEYLAN, mais qui par obligation de fermeture de ce site en juillet l'an dernier, exerce maintenant sur 38400 Saint Martin D'Hères.
SORAYA justifie d'un très très grand professionnalisme à l'égard des clients.
Très disponible, elle répond à toutes nos interrogations et recherche pour nous les techniques (verres en particulier), les plus élaborées afin que notre ressenti pour notre vision au quotidien soit le plus confortable possible.
Nous lui adressons TOUTES NOS FÉLICITATIONS et compte tenu de so ancienneté, espérons très fort qu'elle soit complimentée et gratifiée par sa hiérarchie.
Notons sa capacité a gérer avec beaucoup de facilité et sourire, plusieurs clients en attente aux banques d'accueil. Nous la remercions vivement et souhaitons un très bel été à toute l'équipe qui a mis en œuvre beaucoup d'investissement personnel pour muter par obligation de 38240 Meylan à 38000 Grenoble, à 38400 Saint Martin D'Hères.
