Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Novembre 2025. Montures très chères et on "oublie" de me proposer le 100% santé....Discussion sur l'obligation du traitement de surface liée à l'amincissement des verres. Soit, il faut en passer par là ! Réception et ...utilisation impossible car verres non centrés (on m'avait que c'était inutile sur vue de loin). Défaut vérifié par opthalmo...On me propose de refaire les verres avec une correction inspiréé de lunettes anciennes qui me vont très bien , mlais ,"attention:pas plus e 3 fois" .OK ! 2 ème réception: les verres ne sont plus amincis, ni traités..et on me ressort la discussion initiale ??lunettes impossible à supporter..et vision floue. Pour me refaire cette fois on me demande une "petite participation" de 255 euros ??....GROSSE COLERE ! J'irai m'acheter des lunettes chez un autre opticien....j'oubliais: mon vendeur m'a affirmé,en examinant celles de dépanage, que je portais des verres progressifs alors que ce n'est pas le cas..Bravo!Cherchez l'erreur !
