Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Excellent accueil. de la part de toute l'équipe. Lina a procédé à un examen de la vue très méticuleux. Elle a été d'une patience exemplaire en me proposant en toute objectivité et sans aucune pression commerciale les verres qui me conviendraient le mieux en fonction de mes attentes et de mes activités. Chaque détail a été expliqué avec clarté et des recommandations pratiques ont abouti à un choix raisonné que je ne regrette pas après avoir porté les deux paires de lunettes pendant un mois. La livraison des verres s'est effectuée dans un délai très court. Deux collègues également fort sympathiques ont procédé au montage sur les anciennes montures et aux derniers réglages. Là encore, aucune hâte et une courtoisie très appréciable. En somme, une expérience très positive qui a définitvement fait gagner un client au magasin.
