Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

On me présente des lunettes de soleil avec des verres de correction au rabais (sans me mettre au courant),c’est soit disant normal pour des solaires.
Sauf que j’ai besoin de solaires identiques en correction à mes lunettes de vue(par ailleurs très bien),et là je devrais payer 86 euros par verre…
Je refuse car on nous présente un devis avec 55€ d’assurance par paire de lunettes,je trouve cela culotté (je vais chez un opticien pour un besoin de verres correcteurs et pas pour une assurance ;les 55€ ,je les aurais mis dans les verres et pas ailleurs si le produit était présentait correctement.
Cela fait 10 jours qu’on doit me rappeler,j’attends toujours.
