All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price.

משרד הבריאות ממליץ על בדיקות ראייה תקופתיות, במיוחד עבור ילדים, אך אין חובה חוקית לבצע בדיקת רופא עיניים לפני רכישת משקפיים, אלא אם קיימת בעיה רפואית בעין. (ארגון הצרכנים)
אנחנו במעקב של כשנה ע"י אופטומטריסט מוסמך, והבת שלי בת ה11 זקוקה למשקפיים.
ביררתי בטלפון שיש אופטימטריסט בחנות טרם ההגעה כדי לא לטרוח לחינם, ורק אז נסעתי איתה נסיעה ארוכה כדי לקנות משקפיים עבורה.
בחנות ניגרמה לי עוגמת נפש רבה, הם *סירבו* לבדוק את הבת שלי עי אופטימטריסט לצורך התאמה, ודרשו בדיקה של רופא עיניים בטרם הקנייה, וזאת למרות שבבדיקה מעמיקה מול לשון החוק ומול חנויות אופטיקה אחרות, החוק *לא מחייב* זאת. הבת שלי בריאה, והם אפילו לא בדקו אותה בעצמם.
מדובר בהגדלת ראש שלא במקום, וגרימת צער לשווא!
לחנות זאת כנראה צריך להגיע אחרי בדיקת רופא לב.
