Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Anti reflet trop fort.
Je viens de faire des lunettes avec un anti reflet qui, pour moi, est très fort car lorsque je conduis le matin, je vois les phares des véhicules que je croise, en double mais bleus.
Je les ai rapporté au magasin de Langon en expliquant les faits car cela me gêne énormément.
Florent m'a gardé la paire en me disant qu'il va les renvoyer chez le verrier pour expertise et que cela va prendre au moins 3 semaines à 1 mois....
Sachant qu'il a fallu 10 jours pour la fabrication, j'espère qu'il ne m'a pas pris pour un pigeon !!!!
Car il a fallu batailler pour qu'il accepte de faire quelque chose.
J'attends avec impatience mes lunettes, même si j'ai un GROS doute sur le fait qu'il les envoie.
Je ferai un retour sur la finalité de l'histoire.
