Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Bien reçu chez OPTICAL center st GREGOIRE. Ils nous proposent une deuxième paire de lunettes à notre vue et ce n’est pas le cas pour moi car la deuxième paire n’est pas de la même qualité si bien que je me retrouve avec une paire que j’ai du mal à utiliser car je n’ai pas la même aisance lorsque je les mets . Lors de ma troisième visite on me demande une supplément pour avoir la même vision . Une tromperie sur la proposition d’une deuxième paire à notre vue
