Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Je suis cliente chez optical center depuis des années, c'était mon enceinte préférée pour moi c'était le meilleur du marché, jusqu'au ma dernière expérience avec eu ,j'étais obligée d'être désagréable car le travail que j'avais l'habitude de l'avoir avec ce magasin n'est plus le même, pas ce que je m'attendais.
Portant un reste à charge que je devrais payer de 440euros ,je me retrouve avec un verre extra épait. Je suis vraiment déçu du personnel qui vous regarde comme si vous venez d'un autre monde et que vous avez tort , j'étais dans mes droit de rétraction, et le conseiller me dis oui on peux rien faire.
J'ai payer 440euros de plus ,et même pas convaincue du résultat.
J'ai des droits de garantie, et la conseiller me dis avec un air de pouvoir ,la garantie c'est moi qui l'autorise donc jai accepter mes lunettes avec un gros verre pas aminci comme il est indiqué dans mes anciennes factures.
