Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Je savais qu’il en restait ! J’en ai trouvé un !!
Suite à un *accident * mes aides auditives reposent aujourd’hui au fond d’un port ! Après pas mal de réflexion, le problème a été soumis et rendez vous fixé ce jour , ayant conservé mes anciens appareils , en triste état, je suis tombé sur un vrai technicien possédant également un sens du commerce et du service tels que l’on aimerait trouver dans d’autres professions ! Celui ci a réglé mon problème , remettant mes vieux appareils en état, en peu de temps et j’ai pu repartir avec une audition quasi correcte, en attendant la date m’autorisant un renouvellement. Je lui dois donc un ÉNORME MERCI, et ne manquerai pas de le revoir, dans un premier temps pour ma vision et en parlerai autour de moi
