Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Je suis venu en magasin avec un budget limité, après avoir fait le tour d’au moins cinq autres opticiens. Cela faisait plus de 7 ans que je portais la même paire de lunettes, et il était vraiment temps de les changer : ma correction n’était plus adaptée, et je ne les portais plus régulièrement car je ne me sentais pas à l’aise avec.
Heureusement, je suis tombé sur Guillaume, le conseiller qui s’est occupé de moi, et je dois dire que j’ai rarement été aussi bien accompagné en magasin. Il a été super à l’écoute, patient, professionnel et très sympa. On a passé plus d’une heure à essayer une multitude de montures, et il a su me guider sans jamais me mettre la pression. Grâce à ses conseils, j’ai trouvé non pas une, mais deux paires qui me plaisent énormément : une paire de lunettes de vue et une paire de solaires.
Je suis vraiment ravi de mon achat ! Les lunettes me vont super bien, je reçois plein de compliments, et surtout je me sens enfin à l’aise pour les porter tous les jours.
Un grand merci à Guillaume pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de vivre ce genre d’expérience client. Je recommande à 100 % !
