Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

Je déconseille vivement cet Optical Center ! J'ai vécu une expérience absolument scandaleuse et inacceptable. Un conseil : vérifier bien le détail de tout ce qui vous est proposé. Le vendeur a profité de mon ignorance, étant donné que c’était ma première visite chez un opticien, pour me faire souscrire à des options et assurances sur DEUX paires de lunettes sans jamais me mentionner les prix. Résultat : je me suis retrouvée avec un reste à charge exorbitant, totalement évitable si j'avais été informée correctement.
Le vendeur m'a donné un montant et m’a demandé un code SMS pour « signer » le devis, sans que je puisse en voir le moindre détail. Ce n’est qu’en récupérant mes lunettes que j’ai pris conscience de l’ampleur des frais cachés, et là il était trop tard pour revenir en arrière.
Ce vendeur, en plus de son manque total de professionnalisme, était hautain et a refusé de reconnaître les faits. Si j'avais eu connaissance de tous les éléments rajoutés, je n'aurais absolument pas accepté cela. Je trouve que c’est un comportement profondément immoral et irrespectueux pour un professionnel. Il devrait avoir honte.
