Optical Assistance
Optical Center undertakes to perform any minor repairs whenever needed at no cost and will provide a replacement for any broken optical product. All of our frames are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect (within the limits of available stocks). All of our lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage, with a deductible of 50% from the actual price. -
Optical insurance plan
In the event of breakage, Optical Center undertakes to exchange your eyeglasses at no cost as often as necessary
during the contractual warranty period of your purchase.

J'ai commandé des lunettes à ma vue. A la reception j'ai constaté que la vue intermédiaire est brouillée, l'agent qui m'avait accueilli m'avait dit qu'il y aura une adaptation sous 5 jours. Les 5 jours passés, j'ai eu des maux de tête, vertige et même nausée !!? Et quand j'ai repris mes anciennes lunettes je vois mieux !!?
Je suis revenu vendredi 1 novembre et expliquer les difficultés, La dame qui m'a accueilli et a compri mon problème je pense m'a dit qu'elle est seule aujourd'hui et vu le nombre de clients, elle me proposerait un rendez-vous avec M. Benjamin qui trouverait une solution.
Elle me téléphone samedi pour me fixer un rendez-vous lundi à 10h et quand je me présente le lundi à 10h01 un conseiller m'informe que le rendez-vous est annulé et qu'il faut revenir mecredi !!!!????. Seulement les mercredis je travaille et je n'ai de disponibilité que le lundi.
J'ai téléphoné samedi dernier et la conseillère m'a dit que M. Benjamin me téléphonnera Lundi 17 novembre .... J'attends toujours.
